Music with the spirit of traditional Americana fused with rock, folk, blues and showcasing original songs by Tracy. The duo incorporates a variety of styles that pay homage to the heart and soul of American music. Included are covers by such diverse artists as Lucinda Williams, Mary Chapin Carpenter, Dusty Springfield ("Spooky"), Lacy Dalton, Aimee Mann and more.
Tracy Eckstrand
Tracy is an American singer-songwriter based in Rochester, New York, whose music lives at the crossroads of folk, Americana, and pop-rock. With a voice that blends warmth and resolve, she crafts songs that tell honest stories of growth, love, resilience, and rediscovery. Drawing inspiration from artists like Sheryl Crow, Mary Chapin Carpenter, Fleetwood Mac, and Norah Jones, Eckstrand blends lyrical intimacy with accessible, melodic hooks.
Tracy released her first 2 singles in 2022 and EP, "Who Is Gonna Rescue You, " in 2023, which currently has over 314K streams on Spotify. She wrote and released 6 singles between 2024-2025.
Eckstrand's second album, "Now That I Know," was co-written with Jordan Ruiz, a record producer, singer-songwriter, and good friend. It will be released on November 28, 2025. The day after Thanksgiving.
Tracy was the rhythm guitarist and singer in the rockabilly juke joint country band, Bootleg Hooch, and country swing band, Sugar Moon. She is currently the vocalist in the Rochester jazz band, The Biltmore Commandos.
Levon Jones
Levon plays percussion in The Accidental Cats. He is also an inspiring independent filmmaker and father.
Levon was nine years old when he got his first drum set from Duke Spinner. He played drums for numerous gigs in the lower east side of Manhattan in the late 1990's.
Levon has performed for a variety of Rochester artists and diverse genres including Giant Step, DJ Spooky, Brothers Inc. (jazz), Moonspinner (rockabilly), Pi Trust (punk), and Sons of Monk (jazz). He currently plays drums with Gordon Munding's Slide of Hand blues band and the Jones & Ryan project.
